hello guys! :D
hope you all have a nice day.
i am 22 yrs.old now and i really have very sensitive skin.
my skin stated to breakout when i was 20 and got worse as week goes by.
i want to tell you my skin condition history but you guys may hate me for letting you read a very long entry. let's just save that for next tym :)
as my journey continues to find the solution for my angry skin, my dermatologist prescribed me a cleansing soap!
behold... Aczee skin cleansing bar!
hehe i'm just happy i got to use this soap.
it's fragrance and color free. has vitamin E, tea tree oil, allantonin, and tatanium dioxide.
tea tree oil helps fight germs and helps prevent pimples.
allantonin moisturizes and helps in faster healing of acne.
vitamin E and titanium dioxide helps protect against possible UV damages.
the bar is 75 grams.
its relatively small compared to regular soap bar and really pricey for 350.00 :(
but... its hard and last longer. i've been using aczee for almost a month and i still have more than half of it.
i just slice a small piece (approximately a centimeter across) from the bar and use it. this is to avoid soaking the whole bar in water. the soap is pricey and i don't want it to just go in my hand... or worse, to the drain! it's just a clever way of saving soap that my mom thought me.
it has a citrus mild scent, like those medicated soap has. nothing fancy. very clean scent.
i use it twice a day, morning and night.
it's not harsh on my skin. well, milder to what i expected.
compared to other medicated soaps that i used before, aczee didn't stretch my skin.
it didn't leave a scent to my skin and hands.
but since it's a bar soap, i lather it first to my hands then lather the soapy bubbles to my face. the hard soap may scratch my acned face (ouch!).
i lather it then rinse with water. sometimes i lather twice when i feel that my face is oily.
i already see results after 3 days of using aczee.
less oil in the face and less red bumps.
continuously using aczee made my face significantly less oil compared before. some acne scars lighten and some even slightly peeled off.
i am very happy with this soap. :)
aczee didn't dries my face but controlled the oil significantly.
its very pricey. i may not buy this soap if i see this with its tag on a shop. but since i'm really frustrated and willing to use anything to tame my angry skin, i gave it a go (plus its prescribed).
though it cost much, it last long... quite a deal.
aczee may not be available in your local beauty and health shops. ask for aczee in your local skin clinics and trusted dermatologists.
all in all, i considered it an investment to tame my skin.
i'll buy it again definitely. *******(7/10)
^^^ tips
= lather your face lightly when washing. skin in our face is relatively more delicate than our fingers.
= lather in small circular motions to circulate blood in the face (secret of glowing skin)
= rinse well. again, rinse well. splash more water if you think you still need it. soap residue causes itch from skin irritation. rinse thoroughly especially the eyebrow area, hairline, near the ear, jaws, and, chin. these are were soap residue usually land when we rinse our face.
= dont forget the chin and neck...for even skin condition.
